The Aldo Morelato Foundation together with the jury of the eleventh edition of the International Competition “Significant Furniture” composed of Paolo Rizzatto, designer; Ugo La Pietra, designer and theorist on applied art; Silvana Annicchiarico, director of the Triennale Design Museum; Ettore Mocchetti, designer, editor of the “AD” magazine; Giorgio Morelato, president of the Aldo Morelato Foundation, after appropriate queries and verifications has determined to disqualify the project "COATRACK SLICE" by designer Andreas Műller selected for the "Foundation Morelato Project OPERA" AWARD ex-aequo with the project "METAMORFOSI" by designer Pietro Barcaccia (as minutes signed by the jury in Cerea on 13/06/2014) because the project is not INEDITED

The projects participating in the competition have to be inedited as indicated in art. 2 of the Rules of the competition:

Art. 2 Participation
The competition with two distinct prizes is open to professional designers from Italy and abroad as well as to students from different school types (Academies, ISIA, Universities and is restricted to INEDITED projects.

The project "COATRACK SLICE" instead is already published in a trade magazine as shown in the link: http://www.forminvaders.com/?page_id=110

To this project the first ex aequo Prize cannot be assigned
